We are pleased to now be able to offer Karaoke services as an add on to our Mobile Discos. We have several thousand tracks available, the vast majority of these are professional industry standard Sunfly Tracks and the remainder are from Pioneer. We hope to soon have a downloadable list of our tracks on this site.
We have all of the usual party classics along with many modern artists tracks, for those serious singers out there we are happy to play supplied backing tracks in most formats including CDG MP3 DIVX.
When a karaoke evening is supplied by us you can rest assured that the equiipment used is right for the job. We have a rack mount Karaoke CDG player and also a software based system using 'K-Jams' running from our MacBook Pro via an external graphics card. At most gigs the lyrics will then be displayed on a 15 inch TFT screen mounted on a tripod in a suitable area. At larger functions we do have access to a projector and screen to allow large scale viewing of lyrics for audience participation.
A pair of UHF radio mics are taken out with us and these are routed through a Mackie DFX6 digital effects mixer so that we can add reverb, delay and compression effects to vocals.
We have 10 professionaly printed and binded song selection books to distribute around the room and also song request slips for those brave enough to have a go!
